Hello guys and welcome to our blog in today's blog, We gonna show you how to copy any websites file into your local computer.

So to do this process, we will use the software, called HTTrack website copier.


About HTTrack Software:

HTTrack is a free and open-source Web crawler and offline browser, developed by Xavier Roche and licensed under the GNU General Public License Version 3. HTTrack allows users to download World Wide Web sites from the Internet to a local computer.

What it does:

It allows you to download a World Wide Web site from the Internet to a local directory, building recursively all directories, getting HTML, images, and other files from the server to your computer. HTTrack arranges the original site's relative link-structure. Simply open a page of the "mirrored" website in your browser, and you can browse the site from link to link as if you were viewing it online. HTTrack can also update an existing mirrored site, and resume interrupted downloads. HTTrack is fully configurable and has an integrated help system.

So, Now install that software into your computer and run it 



Here are the steps on how to download any website using HTTrack:

  1. Download and install HTTrack on your computer.
  2. Launch HTTrack.
  3. In the "Project name" field, enter a name for your project.
  4. In the "Destination folder" field, specify a folder where you want to save the downloaded website.
  5. In the "Source URL" field, enter the URL of the website you want to download.
  6. Click the "Start" button.

HTTrack will start downloading the website. The progress of the download will be displayed in the "Status bar".

Once the download is complete, you can open the downloaded website in your web browser. The website will be displayed as if it were online.


Here are some additional tips for downloading websites using HTTrack:

  • You can choose to download only the HTML files, or you can download all the files, including images, CSS, and JavaScript files.
  • You can specify the depth of the download. This means that you can choose to download only the main pages of the website, or you can download all the pages, including the subpages.
  • You can choose to download the website in a compressed format. This will save space on your hard drive.
